New Customers:

Due to FDA Regulations, we are now required to verify the age of all new customers before we can ship. Once you place an order, you will receive an email or phone call requesting proof of age with directions. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more details.

*If you are NOT a new customer and can't log in to your old account please call us before creating a new one or your order will be delayed as a new customer. 

We do not begin to process your order until we actually receive the ID during normal business hours!!!

Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Sevice Priority Mail.

Filtered Cigars and Pipe Tobacco orders typically ship within 1-3 business days since the order was placed or id received.*  

Premium Cigars and Accessories typically ship after 3-5 business days since the order was placed or id received.*

*unless items are out of stock, at which point we will attempt to contact you through the communication channels you've provided to see if you want to exchange or refund.

For all orders, we do ask that you allow for a full 7-14 business days for you to receive the order in case there are any delays at the post office or warehouse. Delays are very rare and most packages arrive within 5-7 business days.

You can track your order at any time via the USPS website. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, or you can find it in the My Account section of the website.

Please keep in mind that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or Holidays.
