Shipping Destinations

We ship our cigars to all States in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Florida customers are charged Florida state sales tax.

Shipping Method
We ship 99% of orders via USPS Ground Advantage. Most packages take between 3 and 5 days to be delivered after you receive confirmation that your order has shipped.

Fulfillment Time
PLEASE NOTE: Total time to your door is Fulfillment Time *plus* Transit Time!

>>> Repeat Customers: Most Filtered Cigar and Pipe Tobacco Orders received by 4:00 PM Eastern Time are usually shipped in 1 to 3 Business Days. Most Premium Cigars and Accessories typically ship after 3 to 5 Business Days.  

>>> New Customers: Due to FDA Regulations we are now required to verify the age of all new customers before we can ship. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more details. If you are NOT a new customer and cannot log in to your old account, please call us before creating a new one or your order will be delayed as a new customer. 
We do not begin to process your order until we receive the ID during normal business hours. 

USPS Ground Advantage Transit Time
PLEASE NOTE: Total time to your door is Fulfillment Time *plus* Transit Time!

Please allow 2-5 Business Days of Transit Time in addition to the Fulfillment Time, depending on your shipping address.  Ground Advantage is delivered on Saturdays and is not delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays.  Because Ground Advantage Mail is not a guaranteed service, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your order.  Please note that the day we ship your order does not count as a day in transit.

Out of Stock Items
99% of our orders are shipped on time.  However, sometimes an item is out of stock, and we must wait to obtain the product from our wholesalers.  When this happens, we will ship your order as soon as we obtain your items.  Also, our prices are so low because we utilize just in time inventory for most of our products. Which means you may end up getting charged even though we are unable to fulfill the order. Please feel free to contact us before placing an order to verify whether product is in stock or not.
