Q. What are filtered cigars? Are they like cigarettes?

A. Filtered Cigars are wrapped in a natural tobacco paper instead of a chemical-filled "fire safe" paper. Filtered Cigars are not cigarettes, but many smokers enjoy them just as much, if not more! If you are not sure which brand to try first, we highly recommend trying our Variety Sampler to help you decide which brand is best for you.


Q. Are your cigars and tobacco fresh?

A. Yes! All our products are guaranteed to be fresh! uses a "just in time" inventory model. This means that we do not keep or store large amounts of product in our warehouse. Your cigars and tobacco products will be as fresh as possible!


Q. How old do I have to be to order cigars or pipe tobacco from your website?

You must be at least 21 years old to order. We require ID from all new customers.


Q. What about taxes?

Currently, there are no federal reporting requirements for the sale of cigars to individual consumers. However, laws vary by state and jurisdiction. It may be your responsibility to report your purchases to your state or local government to pay any applicable state or local taxes. Please contact your state or local tax authorities to determine what taxes may or may not be due. As of recently we have had to add taxes to all Indiana and Delaware orders.

Q. Why do you now require new customers to send in a copy of their id?
The FDA as of August 2016 has taken over control of ALL tobacco products including Cigars and Pipe Tobacco. This is now the law of the land and every retailer must comply with the new laws for New Customers


Q. Why is it that the other company that I order from did not do that?

You may have already ordered from them before 2016. If this is not the case and if they ship from the US then they are just not following the law. Be cautious ordering from them.

Q. Are all your products up to date?

We do our best to ensure all prices, pictures, and stock listed are up to date. However, we are a small business with a wide variety of products. If you have any questions about if something is what is pictured, in stock or up to date then please feel free to call, email, or chat us.  You can use the "chat" or "help" icon in the lower right-hand side of the website if you have any questions about items or if something is in stock.

Q. My product was unavailable, but I was still charged?

To keep our prices low and our products as fresh as possible, we utilize a just in time inventory method. Which means we will order the cigar from our supplier once you place your order. Unfortunately, sometimes a few days later we will find out that they are unable to fulfil our order for us. As soon as we find out we will reach out to you via email and phone to find out how you want to proceed.

 Q. The carton that I ordered was pictured red and the one that I got was a different color.
Not all pictures maybe exactly what you are going to receive. This is mostly due to manufactures changing packaging on us. Please contact us.


 Q. I have a product I am interested in that's not listed on our website?

 Please contact us to see if we can get it. We will gladly add it to our website if we can get it.
