Behind the Stick:
CAO has been known to do things a little differently and with the La Traviata they are replicating the classic Cuban root that us Americans cannot acquire. For those who are not
familiar with the story of La Traviata I'll try my best to keep it brief. The original brand
began in the early 1900's in Cuba and was resurrected by the CAO company as keeps in accordance
with the original artwork from 1901-1904. Tim Ozgener, President of the company, reports this

The La Traviata has been an answer to two issues facing those of us in America - first, the lack of the ability to legally locate Cuban cigars and second, a weakening Dollar bill. CAO responded by creating a cigar that has utilized a blend of fillers and a binder from Nicaragan and the Dominican Republic and an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper that is as close to a Cuban cigar as we can get. Mention that Buy Discount Cigars is offering a price that cannot be touched, a box purchase is a no brainer.
