Today I am reviewing Richwood Filtered Cigars. Much like Red Buck, these filtered cigars come in a huge product line with lots of flavors to choose from. But, have no fear, BuyDiscountCigars.com is here to help you choose!
Upon first looking at the product packaging, I immediately thought the Richwood filtered cigar packs and carton were quite plain and uninteresting. They have a generic look to them, and with the cheap price tag, I suppose it is to be expected. Each flavor comes in different colors, and they all have the Richwood name running from top to bottom on the left side. There really is no logo, design or anything on these filtered cigars.
When opening the pack, i catch that smell that I love, the smell of natural American tobacco. No additives, chemicals or nonsense, just good old fashioned American tobacco. I begin to think the packaging isn't about being generic, but about being simple and pure, much like these filtered cigars. Over a couple days I smoked many of the flavors, and have to say I am impressed. These little cigars are quite good for their price, and I am pleasantly surprised with how well and smooth they have smoked.
With so many flavors to choose from, I am sure you would like some advice flavor-wise as well, and I will oblige. But, remember not everyone has the same taste, so don't be afraid to try them all! (After all, they are one of the cheapest brands of filtered cigars anywhere!) I really liked mild, as I am a light smoker, and I found the cherry to be flavorful and enjoyable to smoke, but one flavor was my favorite by a long shot: Peach. Wow, it really is an incredible filtered cigar. I thought it an odd flavor before trying it, but trust me, it just works so well with the smooth tobacco.
Some of the other flavors were ok in my book, but nothing to write home about. Grape even seemed to give me a bit of a headache, but maybe I have been smoking too much lately since I tried them on day 3 of a pretty strong smoking binge.
If you like to have a lot of flavors available, and are looking to buy discount cigars, I say give Richwood a try, especially those Peach!
